The classes usually consist of 4 parts
Part 1 – Qigong, which are Chinese health giving exercises. See Qigong section.
Part 2 – Tai Chi basics including walking, posture and how to move. See Tai Chi section.
Part 3 – Tai Chi forms, both hand and weapons. See Tai Chi section.
Part 4. – Partner work, pushing hands. (when Covid restrictions allow)
