It is vital for students of Tai Chi to study ‘The Classics’

These were written by the founders or early masters of Tai Chi and summarise the principles upon which Tai Chi is based.

In this menu are a few examples of such works, but students are advised to search the Internet for other similar documents.

Whilst reading The Classics it is vital to see how they relate to your everyday training.

How can I manifest this or that idea when I do my Form?
